Botanical Gardens of Ukraine, Georgia, and Armenia at Bainbridge Library

Partnerships for Nature, a non-profit focused on “building international relationships for understanding and care of the natural world” is hosting six botanist-educators from botanical gardens in Ukraine, Georgia, and Armenia. Which presents us with a rare opportunity to learn about the environmental challenges they face along with the impacts of the war in Ukraine. In addition to hearing from the scientists, Partnerships for Nature will share about their exchange program, bringing international scientists to the greater Seattle area for the past 13 years.
