The Kitsap County Amateur Radio Club (KCARC) welcomes all amateur radio enthusiasts and vendors to attend the KCARC HAMFEST on October 14, 2023 at the West Side Improvement Club, 4109 West E Street, Bremerton, WA 98312. Doors open 9am til 1pm. The Kitsap County Amateur Radio Club (KCARC) is an designated ARRL Special Services Club. (ARRL is the National Association for Amateur Radio). Founded in 1982, KCARC has grown to over 100 members active in all facets of the hobby. Some of these facets are Emergency Communications, Education, Community Engagement, Digital Modes, VHF / UHF / HF operations, Long Distance (DX) operations, and Contesting.
