  • Paul Andrews is the Kitsap County Auditor and a certified Elections Administrator. As the Chief Election official, he is responsible for all elections in Kitsap County.
  • Rachel E. Moran is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington’s Center for an Informed Public. Her research explores the role of trust in digital information environments, especially in the spread of misinformation and disinformation. The panel will be moderated by journalist Jenn Hemmingsen, a former The Seattle Times editorial writer and member of the BARN Writers’ Studio steering committee. Registration is required.
