Three Delightful Vintage Comedies
Step back in time as we transform our stage into a radio studio of yesteryear. Be part of our "live broadcast" audience as we bring the old-time classics from the Golden Age of Radio to life. Our Assistant Artistic Director, Alice Ingle directs a talented company of performers in vintage tales from the 1930's, 40's & 50's. Live sound effects and music and costumes add to the nostalgic feel of the performances. Get into the spirit and come in vintage costumes too! This happens April 22nd to 30th on Saturday nights at 7:30 p.m. with Sunday matinees at 2 p.m.
"Blondie Gets a Valentine"
The tables are turned on Dagwood, as the Bumsteads join the Dithers for a Valentine Dinner!
"A Date With Judy"
Dating advice from Judy to her shy Aunt Lily doesn't go well, when Judy sets her up on a blind date with the reserved librarian, Mr. Manchester!
"The Life of Riley: Are we ever going to get a car?"
Riley promises his family he will get a car! He sets his sights on the "New Buick Convertible" contest, by counting the beans in the jar!
