Mark your calendars for the event everyone is talking about - Trattoria. From large-format steaks to baked pastas, we are taking full advantage of the opportunity to run the oven just a little lower. Just like Bruciato, we’re keeping it casual - no reservations, food is served family-style, fired as it comes out of the kitchen, intended to share over a drink and good conversation.   Coniglio alla Cacciatora - rabbit in tomato/mushroom sugo
  Braciola di maiale - pork chop with cannelloni bean & pancetta ragu
  Branzino al forno - whole Mediterranean Sea bass, frisée, salsa verde
  Bistecca - dry-aged beef ribeye, roast potatoes, grana padano, herbed oil, confit garlic
