The Suquamish Community Advisory Council will hear updates on the topics of transportation and trees during its next meeting that takes place virtually from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 2. Presentations will include:
- A look at public transportation services and transit issues impacting Suquamish with John Clauson, executive director of Kitsap Transit.
- Details about the ongoing campaign to preserve trees in the Port Gamble Forest Heritage Park with Our Forest Fund representatives Kim Greenwood and Lynn Schorn.
