Kitsap Public Health District is partnering with Kitsap Children's Clinic in Port Orchard to offer Moderna COVID-19 vaccination clinics for children ages 6 months through 5 years old on Thursday, July 7, and Saturday, July 9. We offer COVID-19 vaccination for ages 5+ on Wednesdays and Thursdays at our clinic in downtown Bremerton. Scroll down or visit our clinic calendar for information.

CLINICAL INFORMATION

Help keep our clinics safe for all! If you have symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID-19, or have been exposed to COVID-19, please follow CDC guidance and wait 10 days before coming to one of our vaccination clinics.

Masks: All patients and employees are required to wear masks at vaccination clinics.

There is no charge for vaccination and insurance is not required. Vaccination is available to everyone regardless of citizenship or immigration status.

CLINIC FOR AGES 6 MONTHS THROUGH 5 YEARS | JULY 7

Location: Kitsap Children's Clinic, 450 S. Kitsap Blvd., #230, Port Orchard.

    Hours: 4-6 p.m., Thursday, July 7.

      Appointment: Advance appointments are required. Register here. Walk-in appointments are not available for this clinic.

      Vaccine available:

      • Moderna for ages 6 months through 5 years old. This clinic is for first doses only. Patients must have consent from a parent or guardian to be vaccinated. Patients must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

      CLINIC FOR AGES 6 MONTHS THROUGH 5 YEARS | JULY 9

      Location: Kitsap Children's Clinic, 450 S. Kitsap Blvd., #230, Port Orchard.

        Hours: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Saturday, July 9.

          Appointments: Advance appointments are recommended. Register here. Walk-ins welcome on a first-come, first-served basis as supplies allow.

          Vaccine available:

          • Moderna for ages 6 months through 5 years old. This clinic is for first doses only. Patients must have consent from a parent or guardian to be vaccinated. Patients must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

            CLINICS FOR AGES 5+

            Location: Kitsap Public Health District, Norm Dicks Government Center, 345 6th St., Suite 300, Bremerton.

              Hours: 9:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

                Appointments: Use our clinic calendar to find and book an appointment. Check in at our reception area on the third floor when you arrive for your appointment.

                Vaccine available:

                • Pfizer for ages 5-11: Primary and booster doses. Patients must have consent from a parent or guardian to be vaccinated.
                • Pfizer for ages 12+: Primary and booster doses. Patients younger than 18 have consent from a parent or guardian to be vaccinated.
                • Moderna for ages 18+: Primary and booster doses.
                • Johnson & Johnson for ages 18+: First and booster doses available for eligible patients. Note: The FDA has limited authorized use of the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine. Kitsap Public Health will only administer Johnson & Johnson vaccination to patients who provide a written recommendation from their primary healthcare provider.
