The Central Kitsap Community Council February meeting will provide information on the schools, new library and planning and road improvement projects. The meeting takes place virtually from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 2. The public is welcome to join and there will be opportunities to ask questions.
The council will hear multiple presentations and updates from:
- Central Kitsap School District Superintendent Dr. Erin Price and Assistant Superintendent of Finance & Support Doug Newell on the school replacement support levy
- Kitsap Regional Library Silverdale Branch Manger Ashley Oaksmith and Kari Driskell, assistant director of the Kitsap Regional Library Foundation, on the new Silverdale library
- Kitsap County staff from the Department of Community Development on the Zoning Table Update and from Public Works on road improvements at the Anderson Hill/Old Provost intersection and Central Valley Road.
