Bremerton, WA— January 5, 2023 — Collective Visions Gallery and Bright Ideas Marketing will present a live musical concert at the Historic Roxy Theatre, 270 4th Street, Bremerton) on February 11 at 7 p.m.. There will be a reception immediately following the concert at Collective Visions Gallery, 331 Pacific Avenue, Bremerton.

The Eugenie Jones Jazz Band will present music from her current release, PLAYERS, jazz classics, blues, and soul. The singer/songwriter recording recently ranked #30 on Jazz Week’s 2022 Top 100 Albums and #7 on Jazz Week’s Top 50 when released. An award recipient of the Earshot Jazz NW Vocalist of the Year and the Earshot Jazz Golden Ear Award for Recording of the Year, Jones is a national recording/performing artist and producer based in Kitsap County. With multiple reviews in DownBeat, JazzTimes, and various other music magazines, Jones is characterized as an exceptional “smoke & satin” vocalist with an electrically engaging stage presence. “Many local residents are still realizing that I’m an entertainer because they’ve known me for many other community roles, so I’m happy to bring this concert to the Historic Roxy Theatre,” says Jones. The concert presents in conjunction with Collective Visions Gallery’s Sixteenth Annual Juried CVG Show, an art competition that opens for viewing on Jan. 14, 2023.
