That's why we are excited to introduce the Parks and Recreation Open Space Plan, known as the PROS Plan. To achieve this vision, we need your valuable input. We are conducting a Needs and Assessment Survey to better understand how our beloved Kitsap County residents currently utilize the facilities and programs available, as well as to gather preferences for potential park improvements.
